We built RecoverStripe with the same security standards we'd want protecting our own revenue.
We never see, store, or process credit card numbers. All payment data stays in Stripe. Always.
TLS 1.2+ in transit. AES-256 at rest. API keys stored in AWS Secrets Manager, never in code.
We request only the Stripe permissions needed to detect failures and retry charges. Nothing more. Disconnect anytime.
I was losing 9% of my MRR to failed payments and didn't know it. When I found out, the solutions were either free and basic (Stripe's built-in retries) or $300+/month enterprise tools that didn't make sense for my size.
So I built RecoverStripe — the revenue intelligence platform I wished existed. It starts with a free audit of your payment health, recovers what it can automatically, and gets smarter over time. We're in early access now, and the first 50 companies get our lowest rates locked in for life.

Founder, RecoverStripe
We use Stripe Connect OAuth, the same secure method used by thousands of platforms. You authorize access with one click, and we only request the minimum permissions needed to detect failed payments and retry charges. We never see your customers' card numbers.
The moment you connect Stripe, we analyze your recent payment history and show you a health report: your failure rate, most common decline codes, how much revenue is recoverable, and which customers are at risk. The audit is always free, no strings attached. You'll have your numbers in under 2 minutes.
Industry data shows that intelligent retry timing recovers 50-70% of failed payments. Our engine uses decline-code-specific schedules, optimal time-of-day retries, and a proven 3-email dunning sequence to maximize recovery. Most customers see 55-65% recovery rates.
Absolutely not. All payment data stays in Stripe. We only store your account email, Stripe account ID, and recovery metrics. We are never PCI-compliant because we never need to be — card data never touches our servers.
About 2 minutes. Click "Connect Stripe," authorize access, and we start monitoring immediately. Failed payments are detected in real-time via webhooks, so there's zero delay. Your first recovery could happen within hours.
Yes. All accounts can customize email subject lines, body copy, and branding. We also provide battle-tested default templates optimized for maximum recovery if you prefer to use those.
Industry benchmarks, optimal retry timing by decline code, and recovery rate comparisons are live now on the Intelligence page. We aggregate anonymized payment data across all connected merchants to surface insights no single company could see alone. Your data is never shared individually — only aggregated and anonymized. A programmatic API for this data is in development.
You can disconnect your Stripe account at any time from the dashboard. We'll stop monitoring and retrying immediately. Any in-progress retries will be cancelled. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in periods.
Yes. RecoverStripe works with whatever currencies your Stripe account supports. We detect the currency from each payment and handle retries in the same currency. Dashboard metrics are displayed in your account's default currency.
We charge a small percentage of successfully recovered revenue only — 8% on the first $15,000, 6% from $15,001 to $50,000, and 3% on anything above that. No monthly fees, no subscriptions, no minimum commitments. If we don't recover anything, you pay nothing. We invoice monthly for the previous month's recoveries.
